Sweet Love at Split Rock
Love is the air and Cupid is flying around.
It has been really cold and lots of snow has recently been hitting NY. Yes I know it’s winter what did I expect Sunny 90 degrees SMH. But I feel like it happened all at once; the snow, the blistering cold and ice. This morning I didn’t expect snow on the roads or on my car to be covered in it. But I should’ve known last year around this time a snow storm came and the year before that. I usually freelance for Valentine’s day as the wedding world is usually quiet but I had a wedding the day after Valentine’s last year. Today I want to share a wedding we did that reminds me of Valentine’s day with all the lovely colors. The sweet couple; Sandy & Vince was planning their wedding from California so all communication was done via email. She had a last minute addition the week of the wedding she forgot; we were able to make it happen:) Check out their wedding taken by the amazing Tori Petrillo at Pelham Bay and Split Rock Golf Course. We’ve done several weddings at this location it’s a hidden gem. I lived in the Bronx when I was younger and never noticed this location. But it was a nice surprise to see this venue.
