• Is a deposit needed?

  Yes, we ask for 50% upon booking. The remainder is due two weeks before date. For Custom Designs it’s a little different a $500 deposit is required and the rest is broken into three to four payments.

• Can I pay with a Credit card?

• What areas do you service?

  Westchester, NYC, Hudson Valley and Surrounding Areas.

• What flowers are in these packages?

  When you fill out our questionnaire this is where you tell us your color scheme and style that you would like. Also if there is any flower that you’re not a fan of. Sending us inspiration is highly recommended so we get a better understanding of what you like. We use flowers that are in season which is key to ensure beautiful flowers and that fit with in these packages budget wise.

• What if you need to Cancel or Reschedule? We understand the additional stress these times are causing everyone especially couples who wanted to get married. Every situation is different that’s why we’re flexible with our policy. If we’re unable to proceed and you would like to cancel you will be refunded minus our processing fee which varies depending the wedding package you selected.

• Can I book you for my “Actual Wedding” with custom design?

  Absolutely! Make sure you do it sooner then later;)

• Do you offer delivery on Packages?

  We offer free Pickup on all packages. If you prefer that we deliver your florals we definitely can. Delivery is an additional fee. This delivery fee is calculated based off of location, time and if setup needs to be executed.

• How can couples keep their flowers fresh if they have to pickup the day before?

  We provide vases for all bouquets so they can drink water right up to the ceremony. To keep the florals fresh you would need to have them in a cool space but not freezing. Not colder then 40 degrees and no hotter then 70 degrees. Never leave them outside or in direct sunlight. Also never lay the bouquet down as it will crush the flowers.
